Examining the economic recovery growth plan of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in term of content, rationale and relevance to an economic emerging from recession.  In the month of February 2017, the federal government release the economic recovery growth plan to resuscitate the economy of the country, considering the inability of the Nigerian economy to create jobs and achieve real poverty reduction, it is therefore important to examine the economic recovery growth plan presented by the federal government. It is obvious that the Nigerian economy depends on oil and gas sector to survive as this sector constitute or represent 94% of the export earnings and 62% of the government revenues  (Federal and state) though this sector account to just 10% of the GDP but the truth of the matter is, no country can survive by depending only on a particular sector and I believe the recent global fall in the price of  crude oil brings about the recovery plan. Proverb is for the wise and it serves as a better means of verbal enrichment.  And that I believe can only be acquired through learning couple with patient. We all share a common path,  path by birth and path to death. Grey hair is for the old and am patiently waiting to have one. Grey hair I see as an identification of longevity. And to have survived this world to senile, that's indeed a privilege. Isn't it amazing seeing some lad with grey hair? Apart from the artificial means, what are the natural means of having grey hair? In my country Nigeria,  The Yoruba tribe believes that grey hair occur as a result of the following. -FAMOUS -SEXUAL INTERCOURSE -AGE -SOAP -PARENTAL AGE AT THE BIRTH OF A CHILD. The above are the reasons or concept behind grey hair of an individual and this concept is totally based on believe. Reality and fantasy, a real world and imaginary world. It requires a lot of effort to actualize the bringing of imaginary world into the real world i.e. to planet earth.
